Customer Support 10 Positions
Never satisfied with customer support from game companies? Want to know how game companies really work? Here is your chance to make a different!!
Responsibilities:
• Provide helpful advice and game information to customers
• Communicate courteously with customers by email, ticketing system, and social media
• Organize in-game and social media activities coordinating with Marketing department
• Investigate and solving customers' problems using different tools
• Test exciting new games from all around the world
• Summarize and compile daily/weekly report
Requirements:
• Thai National Only
• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Familiar with MS Office Applications
• Ability to work as a shift
• Experience in IT or gaming industry is a plus
• A team player with good communication and service mind
• Good command of written English
Location: BB Building (Sukhumvit 21)
