Leading digital agency Asia Pacific Digital Limited (Asia Pacific Digital) and end-to-end e-commerce service provider aCommerce Group Limited (aCommerce) announced this week that they are entering into an alliance that will expand their service offering and geographical scope across Asia.
The alliance will enable these two market leaders to provide their clients access to Southeast Asia and Australasia’s only comprehensive logistics, e-commerce technology and marketing solutions provider. With over 1000 clients such as Lenovo, Ford and Qantas, APD is making a massive impact in digital marketing across the region. Since its founding in May 2013, aCommerce has helped brands such asL’Oreal, LINE and Groupon break into the region with front end and superior logistics support. Combined, the group’s capability extends across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong and China.
As part of the alliance, aCommerce is evaluating rolling out Asia Pacific Digital’s suite of e-commerce and digital marketing technology tools in its Southeast Asian markets. The digital agency will offer aCommerce’s specialized regional expertise in logistics and e-commerce technology to its international clients to help bolster their online retail strategy.
aCommerce, which is experiencing rapid growth, is presently undertaking its Series A capital raising. Asia Pacific Digital has agreed in principle to invest 1 million USD by 30 April 2014 to cement the alliance.
