Associate Digital Director is the lead steward of our digital offering, delivering against key client objectives and satisfaction.
The person will need to coach & lead a team of digital specialists to deliver on business goals and client expectations. To raise all our talents? digital knowledge, expertise & experience. Act as an internal & external evangelist when it comes to digital marketing and help ?digitalize? our existing capabilities & develop new ones.
They will also need to intro introduce new products into our portfolio & drive their adoption through the teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Digital Director to deliver a full service digital offering that is both strategically & executionally.
- To lead a team of digital specialists in delivering high quality recommendations and deliverable campaigns that ensure high level of client satisfaction.
- To work with management team to develop ongoing business plans for our digital offering that identify & incorporate all the latest innovations and product offerings into client recommendations.
- To participate in and/or lead new business pitches, as & when required.
- Market our best work internally, to clients and to the industry.
Job Requirements:
- High level of leadership.
- Superior client servicing skills.
- Live and breathe on the Internet, understand it inside out.
- Strategic Thinking. Agency experience is a plus.
- Great presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented.
- Fluent English both conversation and written.
